Our trainers have full access to our software development team and there is a constant flow of information between these two key departments. It ensures that our trainers are fully conversant with the latest features that have been incorporated and our software development team benefit because they receive feedback from the trainers, who in turn have listened to what you, the customer, has said about 3B2.
The basic training course extends over five days either in our offices or on-site. The course is formal, yet friendly in its approach with constant hands-on experience throughout the course. The training covers all aspects of 3B2 and it is the objective that when the trainee returns to their company they become fully productive on their new publishing system within the minimum time scale.
